***Please note: We are NOT accepting food & beverage vendors (including pastries)***
If you are a small business owner and looking for more opportunities to monetize on your product and brand, we’d love to hear more about your business! Every summer we host a once a month “Makers Market” from 9am-2pm on our main lawn that features local businesses to showcase and sell their products or services. The fee is $30 to participate. Please see requirements and rules below before filling out the inquiry form:
Copy of Hawaii State GE tax license
Signed waiver releasing Farm To Barn Cafe of any liability (form provided upon acceptance into the market)
Each vendor should have their own liability policy covering the sale of their products with a minimum of $1million coverage per occurrence and should provide Farm To Barn Cafe with a proof of insurance certificate.
Must have proper signage identifying your farm / company or brand prominently displayed. Signs for products and prices should be legible and clearly displayed
Vendors will be responsible for their own trash and cleaning up your area at the end of the market
Vendors must provide their own 10’x10’ pop up tent with 4 weights that can secure your tent down on windy days
A $15 deposit fee will be required upon reserving your space in the market. If you cancel within 24 hours of the market your deposit fee will be retained by the venue as a cancellation fee. Otherwise, your deposit will be credited towards the booth fee.
Vendors can begin setting up at 7:30am at the earliest and must be finished by 9:00am at the latest (we will not allow setup after 9am so please plan accordingly).
Vendor and staff parking will not be allowed in our main lot (after off loading you will be directed to park across the street).
Community booths will not be allowed. This means that 2 or more business will not be allowed to share 1 booth together, each booth should be 1 business only
Playing music on speakers in your booth will not be allowed.
Pets are allowed, but they must remain on a leash at all times.
A map with space assignments and any information for the upcoming market will be sent out 2 days priors to the market.
