caSHIER (Haleiwa)

Part-time available | $18-$25/hr
Hours: Morning & Afternoon shifts

You’ll be the first impression of Farm to Barn, creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll take orders, answer phones, coordinate food handoff, and help keep both the café and outdoor dining areas clean, organized, and inviting throughout the day.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have previous customer service, cashier, or café experience

Primary responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests and taking food and beverage orders

  • Answering phone calls and assisting with guest inquiries

  • Processing payments accurately using our POS system

  • Coordinating food handoff and ensuring orders are complete before serving

  • Maintaining a clean, organized cashier station and front-of-house area

  • Bussing, wiping, and resetting tables throughout service

  • Keeping the outdoor lawn and guest seating areas clean, stocked, and welcoming

  • Restocking front-of-house supplies and assisting with opening and closing duties

  • Supporting teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods

Back of house (Haleiwa)

Part-time available | $22-28/hr
Hours: Morning-Afternoon shift

You’ll support kitchen operations with plating/assembling and cooking. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on executing quality food with consistency while keeping a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities may include prepping ingredients, cooking, plating and assembling cold and hot dishes.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You have prior experience in a professional kitchen (cooking and plating)

  • You have solid knife skills and understand safe food handling practices

Primary Responsibilities

  • Cooking and assembling hot and cold menu items across line and pantry stations

  • Maintaining prep levels and stocking stations throughout service

  • Following food safety, sanitation, and DOH standards

  • Keeping all stations clean, organized, and service-ready

  • Assisting with receiving, storage, and proper rotation of inventory

  • Supporting clear communication and teamwork during busy service periods
